Independent IP B.V. (IIP) is the technology company behind FUGA. For the past five years, we have built solutions & infrastructure to help artists and labels make music flow from creation to consumption. Our head offices are located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

FUGA is an all-in-one content & catalog management system, delivery platform, and promotion network. FUGA allows content owners to store their digital music content and package it for delivery to Digital Service Providers (DSPs) through a direct distribution agreement.

FUGA’s wide range of clients within the music industry includes over 300 online stores worldwide such as Beatport, iTunes and Spotify.

Our aim is to be the industry leader in the digital media market place connecting artists, content owners, distributors and audiences. Therefore, we attend the majority of the music business conventions in the world, to meet up with our current and prospective clients to hear their thoughts and needs. In response to the feedback, we added new services and features to our product portfolio and launched these at MIDEM.

During SXSW we will be revealing more in-depth details on:

• A new partnership with ‘NextWidgets’ (www.nextwidgets.com) to develop our ‘Facebook App’, which will allow artists & labels to share their music directly with their fans from within FUGA.
• The ‘IIP-Digital Distribution Service’ (IIP-DDS), that offers a flexible gateway to online stores through FUGA’s direct deals including statistics and reporting.
• The ‘Cross-Licensing’ tool, through which one can share their entire catalogs with licensing partners within the FUGA network.
• A feature to upload and deliver ‘HD Audio’ to online stores
